“Releasing Old Thought Patterns” an Inner Self Retreat.

May 3 and 4, 2008

Saturday and Sunday 
 

      Have you ever felt the need to get away by yourself or with a loved one? To receive healing and to rejuvenate the spirit. To learn and grow from within. In a place you feel safe to work on yourself.  To relax in an outdoor retreat center, while camping and being connected to the earth. Well this is it.

      This two day empowering personal growth retreat that helps you release and reprogram your old thoughts that are stored in your body, mind and cells. It can help with fears, addictions, lack of creativity just to name a few. You will discover aspects of your life that have blockages and receive clearing thru a combination of workshops and modalities that will prove to be enlightening. We are excited to offer this program. This is the program layout and schedule. 
 

Day one

Gates will open at 9am for set up of camping sites. You need to be set up by 12:30. (If you don’t wish to camp you can rent hotel room close by for evening or return home after last event and come back in the morning for second half.)

1pm-Introduction greet and meet and lunch

2pm- Thru images and art. We will look back at ourselves.

3pm-“The Process” a personal tool of empowerment designed to clear issues of an emotional nature.  
4:30pm- Guided meditation

5:15pm- Self Reflective Journaling

6:30pm- Dinner

7:30pm-Possitive share group- time for poems, prayers, stories, or one of your favorite statements.

8:30pm- Workshop on helping us feel the release of old thoughts.

9:15pm- Crystal Bowl Vibrational Meditation

10:15pm Bonfire

Day two

9am- Breakfast

10am“Four agreements” workshop

Noon-Lunch

1pm-Healing Circle

2pm-Group discussion

3pm-Celebration Party (music, desserts, and prizes) 
 

We would like people to stay through the party to enjoy the enlightenment of the weekend. 

Things you need to bring. A journal, a pen. A reclining beach chair if possible or something to lay on, an open mind that’s ready to release what has held you back from being the true you. 

* We hope to see you there. Pre registration is $58.00. The price will go up to $68.00 on April 23^rd. Space is limited. You can purchase a meal ticket for $23.00 includes 4 meals. Or you can order individual meals, drinks and snacks from the cafe.
